Shipping information. 

We are packing ninjas with crazy skills in packing breakables here at Sorry Grandma for the perils of the postal system. However we are not responsible for any damage or loss of your parcel once in the hands of Australia Post, we will do our absolute best to work with you and the postal service to rectify any issues that may arise. We use sturdy recycled mailing boxes and aren’t stingy on packaging and we use recycled materials as we love trees. 

Orders will be processed within 2-3 business days and dispatched via standard Australia Post or express if paid.

Returns and exchanges.

Here at Sorry Grandma we want you to be completely happy with your purchase, however if you need to return an item that's totally fine.

We are happy to exchange but no refunds will be issued unless the item is faulty. Sale items will not be accepted for return, exchange or credit note.

Items are to be returned in original condition, must not have been worn, altered or washed and tags must remain in place within 2 weeks of purchase. For return instructions for online purchases, please contact Skye at sorrygrandmashop@gmail.com

Customers will be responsible for all postage and handling charges. We strongly suggest using a trackable Australia Post satchel, as we can not take responsibility for returned goods lost in transit being returned to us. 

In the case of an exchange, please include a self addressed post satchel to avoid incurring the cost of re-delivery. This ensures we can promptly post your chosen replacement item.

Orders that have selected to Pick Up At Sorry Grandma must be collected with 2 weeks or please contact us within this time to arrange collection. If your order isn’t collected within 2 weeks your goods will be restocked in store. 

Postage costs are not refundable.
