Shipping & Returns
We are packing ninjas with crazy skills in packing breakables here at Sorry Grandma for the perils of the postal system. However we are not responsible for any damage or loss of your parcel once in the hands of Australia Post or courier, we will do our absolute best to work with you and the postal service to rectify any issues that may arise. We use sturdy recycled mailing boxes and aren’t stingy on packaging, we use recycled materials as we love trees.
Orders will be processed within 2-3 business days and dispatched via standard Australia Post or courier service.
International orders please email Skye at email@example.com with your order details and address and we will happily arrange a postage quote for you.
Free Pick Up at Sorry Grandma
Collect your order from our store at Long Jetty. Simply select the 'FREE PICK UP AT Sorry Grandma' option at the 'Shipping Method' stage of checkout.
Australian Orders ONLY
Returns and exchanges.
Sorry Grandma wants you to be completely happy with your purchase, however if you need to return an item that's fine.
We are happy to exchange but no refunds will be issued unless the item is faulty. Sale items will not be accepted for return, exchange or credit note.
Items are to be returned in original condition, must not have been worn, altered or washed and tags must remain in place within 2 weeks of purchase. For return instructions for online purchases, please contact Skye at firstname.lastname@example.org
Customers will be responsible for all postage and handling charges. We strongly suggest using a trackable Australia Post satchel, as we can not take responsibility for returned goods lost in transit being returned to us.
In the case of an exchange, please include a self addressed post satchel to avoid incurring the cost of re-delivery. This ensures we can promptly post your chosen replacement item.
Postage costs are not refundable.
